paranoid? what about the fact that a black adult who uses marijuana is almost twice as likely to be arrested as a a white adult, and has quadruple the chance of an asian.
this is not paranoia. the controlled substances act has three “schedules” for drugs based on the SUPPOSED danger they pose to the user schedule I is the worst, followed by II and III. marijuana is schedule I, the same as HEROIN. schedule II includes cocaine and crystal meth. thus, according to the CSA (and thus the DEA) crystal meth, crack rock, and straight powder are less dangerous than weed.

1) most people don’t know what a patent is (the exclusive right to a technology, in this case)
2) most people don’t have the attention span to scan to the right of the page and realize that the US department of health and human services has a patent that states “Cannabinoids have been found to have antioxidant properties… for example in limiting neurological damage following ischemic insults, such as stroke and trauma, or in the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases, such as Alzhiemer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease and HIV dementia”
